Hidden gem in HK.Chief is so young and quite handsome.Food is surprisingly good; their three yellow chicken, semi-cooked pigeon, leg duck are so nice. Meat is tender, skin is crispy.Talked to the chief, they insist cooking with fresh ingredients only!! That’s why it’s so delicious. 好喜欢他的装修,真的很有法国路边小酒馆的感觉。
食物方法也很惊喜,尤其是原只三黄鸡,其他中环法国餐厅的原只三黄鸡要起码$800-$1200,这边只有$480!!!真的比较抵食,而且鸡很新鲜很多汁。
大厨是一个年轻的厨师(几靓仔😂),我们跟他交谈了两句,他说餐厅所有食材都是新鲜食材,我们真的食得出!因为食物很好吃,吃到食材本身的味道。
朱古力挞超级好食,挞皮很脆,朱古力外脆内软。超好食,有点似好吃版的心太软挞。一定要试。(虽然外表不是太花巧)
值得一试,支持香港年轻有心的厨师。
