Hidden gem in HK.Chief is so young and quite handsome.Food is surprisingly good; their three yellow chicken, semi-cooked pigeon, leg duck are so nice. Meat is tender, skin is crispy.Talked to the chief, they insist cooking with fresh ingredients only!! That’s why it’s so delicious. 香港小见的法国小酒馆。
好喜欢他的装修，真的很有法国路边小酒馆的感觉。
食物方法也很惊喜，尤其是原只三黄鸡，其他中环法国餐厅的原只三黄鸡要起码$800-$1200，这边只有$480！！！真的比较抵食，而且鸡很新鲜很多汁。
大厨是一个年轻的厨师（几靓仔😂），我们跟他交谈了两句，他说餐厅所有食材都是新鲜食材，我们真的食得出！因为食物很好吃，吃到食材本身的味道。
朱古力挞超级好食，挞皮很脆，朱古力外脆内软。超好食，有点似好吃版的心太软挞。一定要试。（虽然外表不是太花巧）
值得一试，支持香港年轻有心的厨师。
