很少吃西班牙菜，朋友说有间西班牙餐厅几好食，便一起去试试看。餐厅有两层，虽然是平日晚上，地下已全满座。头盘小食hand-cut iberian bellota ham 36 months, toast with fresh ground tomato这个火腿非常好味，好香，有油份，咸度适中，配以蕃茄多士，蕃茄新鲜清甜，多士热辣香脆，SO GOODslow-cooked egg, sea urchins, potato cream好食，蛋同海胆好夹grilled hokkaido scallops, confitted red onion foam, piquillo pepper, spicy garlic sauce带子够新鲜desalted spanish cod fillet glazed with garlic mayo, traditional tomato sauce, sauteed seasonal chinese greens鱼少少咸，蕃茄酱好好味12-hour confitted crispy suckling pig, sauteed apples & pears
