为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

有惊喜，新奇吖！choo choo train hahahahaa it was alot of fun and it was a great experience. I recommended my bestfrd to bring her kids there. It took us a while to figure out how to send the train away since there were no tutorials and we felt weird to look around to see how ppl do it. Servers didnt check up on us, everything was self served. I liked how the let us pour matcha powder into cups ourselves and add hot water to it like in Japan. Price it wasn’t cheap cuz we ordered sashimi and specialty sus

Will be back maybe next time we visit HK in two years , just for fun
