The wariter @ waiteress are Japanese but they can talk with u in Cantonese. They have a special menu in everyday.Recommand is 刺生,it is come from Japan by plane. Prince is reasonable. It will provide u Japan Feel not so much HK style. The restaurant has 2 shops, one is at Quarry Bay and the other is at Tai Koo Shing, Tai Koo Shing is the best one, but if u want to try Japan Noodle u can go to Quarry Bay it can more choice!!
