2 of us for dinner. I like to come here for the 封门柳, better to order in advance。封门柳 is the diaphragm, near the cow’s belly, ie only 1 strip per cow. Texture is chewy but tender. I had the 杏汁猪肺汤 in mind as soup base but unfortunately they sold out, so went for the mix of 蕃茄猪骨汤 and 胡椒猪肚汤。We also ordered abalone, fish pieces, plenty of vegs and udon.
