基本上每次来到这里, 餐单上的菜式也不用点, 就是和老板说要吃什么类型的主食, 然后就等待着他的推介. 今次他推介的是葱油手撕鸡配五香肉丁捞公仔面, 也不是第一次接触的, 但这里的味道就是和其他茶餐厅不一样.先说其葱油, 比起茶餐厅及茶楼处理的更香更浓, 而且并非切碎葱粒, 而是偏向葱段, 更厚更香, 配以口感爽滑的手撕鸡, 再加上本身掠干水份的即食面, 配搭起来不会太腻, 有十足捞面的感觉. 五香肉丁的辣香和咸香同样比一般的重, 结合起来就是非常的浓味, 男孩子当然OK, 女孩子可能有点吃不少了.老板除了喜欢帮客人安排食物外, 外表粗豪的他, 事实上相当有礼貌, 对客人相当尊重, 粗中有细, 其实只要保持良好的服务态度, 我相信还是不少人愿意在香港品尝美食的.Every time I come here, I don‘t need to order from the menu. This time, he recommended scallion shredded chicken with five-spice diced pork served with instant noodles. The scallion oil is more fragrant and intense than other places, and the shredded chicken is tender. The combination with the slightly dry instant noodles is not too greasy and has a satisfying noodle dish experience. The spicy and savory flavors of the five-spice diced pork are strong.
