今日同朋友专程走入中环SOHO第一次初尝地道尼泊尔菜,原来呢间餐厅系香港系正宗老字号黎!经营足足24年咁耐,气氛几有情调又够浪漫,昏暗既灯光,每张枱上都铺左图腾餐纸,充满住民族味道,连餐巾都非常工整讲穷,仲有好多小装饰增添食客观感,例如有兰花,铁做既器皿,呢D细致位都可以令到食客感觉到置身于当地既感觉!听Staff讲仲有特别既Promotion,食够$1000蚊送尼泊尔RUM酒tim!👇📌 MOMOCHA with Lamb - $92▪ Fresh home-made Dumpling 👉餐前小食就必需咖啦!卖相真系好似港式小笼包咁,佢有得比你拣蒸定系炸、羊或者鸡,今次我就拣左炸同埋羊肉口味,馅料绝对无孤寒,比足料你,肉味反而要赞,唔会太浓太膻,味道岩岩好,唔错!📌 PHARSI-KO RASH - $62▪ Fresh Pumpkin Soup garnished with Coriander 👉南瓜汤饮得多啦!尼泊尔既南瓜汤有咩特别?佢地系用新鲜既南瓜打成蓉再煲,唔洗落奶都够哂香滑,加埋特色香料调味,味道相当浓郁呀!📌 KWATI-KO RASH - $62▪ Mixed

香滑,加埋特色香料调味,味道相当浓郁呀!

👉成碗汤都系豆呀!睇落就有D似平时呀妈煲开既
眉豆花生汤咁,但饮落又唔同wor,似系罗宋汤味道,
原来老板话系用左超过10种豆类混合熬制出黎,
唔怪得之豆味咁浓郁啦!

▪ BBQ Boneless Chicken marinated in fresh light Nepalese Herbs,
Spices & Spinach Sauce
👉哇!重头戏黎啦!识嗌既朋友紧系要嗌个呢个炸鸡啦,
厨师用左洋葱、香草调味,每件鸡肉用铁上呈上,
烤既时间几到位,外皮有少少焦香,但里面完全无干身
既感觉,肉质肥美,啖啖都系肉,下面仲摆左唔同杂菜,
吸收哂肉汁既精华,呢个菜惊喜十足,食得过!
📌 KHASI LALI GURASH - $155
▪ Delicacy of Tender boneless Lamb cooked in
smooth fresh Tomato and Honey Sauce
👉用左新鲜蕃茄同蜜汁整成,表面好似平平无奇,
其实内里深藏不露,羊肉本身无骨,肉质整得好腍,
羊膻味唔会太浓,配埋蕃茄酱汁一齐食,
的确可以令味道更上一层楼!
📌LALMON - $72
▪ Deep-fried Milk Pastry balls in mild Sweet & Saffron Syrup (H)
👉最后试埋特色甜品啦!上枱既时侯发现咦两粒
好似牛肉球咁既!即刻问Staff系咪比错野我?!
喔原来系我孤陋寡闻,其实系由Saffron Syrup整成既
油炸酥皮鲜奶球,所以外面会带鲜红色,
另外系有冻食提供咖,热食黎讲味道有D似食紧
港式奶油多咁!几特别!
