This restaurant is very competitive in the same district because of the price. The taste is okay, not bad but not very good.Knuckle skin is very sticky, I believe it is full of collagen but the size is too large for ladies.The noodle is good, it won’t smell and taste like alkaline.If you pay additional $8, you can have lettuce as sides.Portion is not big enough, I would suggest you better go with veggies🥬 as well.
