Passion by Gerard Dubois呢日同友人庆祝完生日后,就去左Passion by Gerard Dubois食cake 一入到去见到琳琅满目既甜品,大家都极为兴奋!La Boule Cerise个cake系用樱桃做既,唔会太甜,微酸,非常开胃,cherry mousse够滑溜,最底有层朱古力米通,岩岩中和到mousse既甜度,食完唔会觉得腻口👍Chestnut Creme Brulee面层既焦糖烧得又香又脆,内层既炖蛋非常幼滑,有浓浓既蛋香,里面仲有好多云呢拿籽,另整个甜品既味道上左另一个层次😋Apple Crumble刚刚焗起,热烘烘既苹果批香气扑鼻,非常吸引,敲一敲批面,卜卜脆😁酥脆既批面好有牛油香,而里面就布满苹果粒,酸甜度适中,再配上云呢拿酱,中和苹果既酸,好味道!😋
