高街有好多小本经营的西餐厅,我和老公特登行上去揾食!见老板在门口诚意推介two courses dinner, 我们入去试了冷气,就坐底了!见开酒都只是$140,就开了支白酒!以为好鸡勒,但却不是,half sweet, half dry, from C朗国2013!蟹肉牛油果salad....菜新鲜,蟹肉好味,牛油果不是太肥美,但也好,不会太肥!原条烤sea bass ...以为会好鞋,但肉却是很滑!可惜港灿的我两不是太惯,相公仲话有甜豉油就perfect!到了甜品,那Pavlova一上枱,我两以为会好甜好漏,但吃了一口就不得了...杏仁饼底入口即溶,白色的cream有三四个层次:cotted cream, mashmellow texture cream, icing sugaring cream topping...咩事吖!!好多cream, 但一点也不漏!上面亲了strawberry slices, blueberries and passion fruit seeds...甜酸度亲得刚刚好!我两只用了5mins 就争食晒件嘢!之前在西点店Sift 初尝此甜品...惊为天人!今

这歺开了$140酒+$305 3 courses dinner , 合共$500 !仕应老板也没有白眼我地,服务一丝不驹!所以决定下海写我生平第一篇食评献给此店以示鼓励,希望大家比多d机会生意比e一类小店!
