I have tried the branch located in Hung Hom and this time me and my friend came to yuen long as we actually live somewhere around!There is quite a lot of people waiting outside starting form7!I better come earlier next time so i don't have to wait! but this time we just wait for around 5 to 10 minutes which is quite reasonable, i guess 7 is still relatively early!Of course pick what to eat first! there is two limited edition at the moment, so we order those two of course!This one is the 爆丸ramen

This one is the 爆丸ramen , which insist of the meat ball as the ball! And the soup is made up from the seafood!
I am absolutely a fans of the egg! love that so much, but i think the hardness of the ramen can be harder as i already pick the hard one, but it is a little bit softer than what i expected to have
My firend tried this pepper cheese ramen, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all of you! The natural flavour and slight spiciness of the pepper is fabulous!
and whats more is that the cheese will become half melted and you can actually pul the cheese up to very high!! it is so evil looking !and fun!
this one is the 豚角煮and its very 入味! the soup and the flavour were fully absorbed and the fat and thin portion of it is just perfect
And this one is the cha siu!
