9种鱼生都切碎晒再变成一座山 鱼生嘅份量仲多过饭
I chose the bamboo version of the sashimi rice, which comes with 9 different types of sashimi. It’s great how there was more sashimi than rice, especially considering the affordable pricing.
根据佢地嘅食法 先将豉油连同wasabi同鱼生饭夹埋一齐食 鱼生嘅味道好鲜甜一啲都唔腥
之后再用紫菜包成手卷食 最后留低少少饭同埋作为前菜嘅胡麻酱鱼生片叫师傅帮你整成茶渍饭
茶渍饭嘅汤比较清淡 会有少少柚子同葱花 但系鱼生整熟之后反而有啲腥 所以建议作为前菜𠮶阵就食晒算
The store recommends that you tackle the sashimi rice in 3 different ways, starting with pouring in the wasabi and soy sauce into the rice and eating it along with the sashimi. With everything mixed together the flavours were extremely fresh and incredibly sweet.
After that, you can wrap the sashimi rice in the seaweed that they provide, and lastly you’re supposed to save a bit of rice so that it can be made into ochazuke along with the sesame sauce tuna slices starter dish.
However after it’s slightly cooked with the broth, the tuna slices became slightly fishy and so it would probably be better to just eat it all as a starter instead.
整体味道同质素都好有惊喜 价钱亦都合理 绝对会再返黎
Overall the flavours and the quality of the sashimi was quite impressive, definitely a place that I would love to come back to.
