I always feel hungry after work. Therefore, I went to 鱼蛋佬 to taste their m fish balls. I made an order and paid while I was taking on phone. I put one dollar coin and five dollar coin on the plastic table or shell. The male staff accidentally pushed the one dollar coin into the rubbish bin. I picked up the coin from the rubbish bin immediately. However, the staff condemned me and said rudely "you treat me like a beggar." It was because I put the money on the table instead of his hand. I could no
nevertheless, his customer service was very bad. Staff can told
the customer not to do that in a polite manner but not blaming them. I apologised for what he thought I did wrong or disobey his shops rule. On the other hand, I thought he should apologise as wells towards his bad attitude.
Lastly, the quality of fish balls were not good. They were tasteless because the fish balls were over cooked. And the sauce was full of the taste of MSG.
In my opinion, we should never pay a visit to that restaurant with bad quality of food and horrible service.
