我两个月前已经通过电话预定了四位sake pairing晚餐，当时接电话的说会在预定日子前再打电话给我告诉我餐牌有什么，以便我和朋友决定选择哪一个sake pairing set。直到预定日子的前一个晚上我也没收到来电，所以我打了电话到餐厅，他们竟然说没有我的预约。我说没可能，因为我在两个月前已经预定好。他们竟然说 “如果你有预定的话，我们一定会有记录的。” 言下之意即是我在说谎？！这样的态度我实在不敢恭维。。。I already called in to book for sake pairing dinner for 4 two months ago. However, I did not receive any call all the way through to the night before the booking. I therefore gave them a call, and they said I did not make any booking. I said that is impossible since I called two months ago and booked, to which they said "If you have booked, we would most definitely have a record of it.", which implied that I was lying?! This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and uncalled for...
