I am big fans of 卤水 Food.I tried many goose in this style before including 生记,尚兴 and those in Kowloon City.This small shop is the one I highly recommend!The sauce is not salty and not spicy. Just simple delicious and savoury.Goose are cooked to an extent of very juicy meat and half gooose are well enough for 2 adults!I will try other food later and update in Open Rice later...
