短短一条大埔道, 就有三家主打牛腩的面店, 但是我还是最喜欢嵩记, 细细个去深水埗探亲它已经开店, 应该至少有二三十年的时间, 现在每年去八仙饼家买五仁月饼前后, 也要过去品尝其杂腩河, 还记得十年前一碗牛腩或牛杂河也不用二十元, 可以说是穷人恩物. 十年过去, 同样的一碗现在要接近四十元, 但依然比很多连锁粉面店还要便宜, 而且多年来味道也是如此熟悉.牛杂中处理得最好的一定是其牛肠, 没有臭味, 也没有苦涩味, 保留着滑溜的牛脂, 切开数件尺寸一样, 更容易入口. 牛腩虽没有点明特别部位, 有腩边肥美而弹牙的部位, 份量不少. 汤头有牛骨香之余, 又比不少面店做得清澈. 说要改善的, 也许就是牛膀和牛肺口感有点干, 但如此价钱, what you can expect for more?Song Kee has been established at Shum Shui Po for more than twenty years. Song Kee has been established at Shum Shui Po for more than twenty years. I had the rice noodles with beef brisket and beef offal since I were a child. The taste of soup is full of fresh flavor. The beef intestine is clean, full of fat and extremely soft in texture while the beef brisket is nice as well. Giving that the price is less than HKD $40, what you can expect for more!
