【Hugo’s】📍Tst间中都要食吓好西嘅,虽然唔系啲咩节日,但都系去左食呢间法餐拍拖🫶🏻🇫🇷⭐️Classic set menu $1458@因为其实唔算好多选择,所以我哋直接拣咗两个经典套餐,总共有五道菜。1️⃣Freshly shucked oysters mignonette dressing 🦪 时令生蚝2只都唔腥,几甜2️⃣Escargot à la bourguignonne snail in the shell, garlic butter呢个田螺好好食!重牛油 🧈 3️⃣Lobster bisque cream and brandy scented lobster soup 🦞🔥厨师会推一架车仔过嚟喺你面前表演煮汤,又到酒又有火,视觉效果居多。个人觉得有少少咸4️⃣Steak au poivre 主菜系法式黑胡椒牛柳,面有超多胡椒,都系比较浓味,肉质几嫩5️⃣French cheese selection/ Hugo’s hazelnut nougat soufflé 🧀🍫甜品我哋一人拣咗一个,芝士食咗少少就收队,但疏乎厘好好食!同埋送咗个分子料理嘅朱古力波波比我地食,都几cute😆𠮶日系

呢个田螺好好食!重牛油 🧈
3️⃣Lobster bisque cream and brandy scented lobster soup 🦞🔥
厨师会推一架车仔过嚟喺你面前表演煮汤,又到酒又有火,视觉效果居多。个人觉得有少少咸

主菜系法式黑胡椒牛柳,面有超多胡椒,都系比较浓味,肉质几嫩

甜品我哋一人拣咗一个,芝士食咗少少就收队,但疏乎厘好好食!
同埋送咗个分子料理嘅朱古力波波比我地食,都几cute😆
𠮶日系正价去食嘅,所以其实买单都几贵,性价比唔算好高,但胜在食个vibe(食咗差唔多三个钟,职员每一道菜都会问你觉得好唔好,都几注重顾客体验),建议都系系
特别日子,有野要庆祝先去😂 。
