呢一间Cafe草根都已经bookmark咗好耐,一直未有机会去试,知道佢成日排长龙,最近可能疫情关系见人少咗啲啲就乘机去试一试。今次去嘅系湾仔分店,星期日去到其实人都唔算少,都要等一阵先有得入座。Cafe装修简单型格,地板用咗黑白色嘅细砖去铺,唔花巧又有格调。食物种类唔算多,平均$100一个。平日一至五晏昼有lunch set会包埋饮品,价钱会抵好多。📍House Cured Salmon with Poached Egg ($108)(House Cured Salmon Cucumber, Greens, Lime Dill Mayo, Radish & Pickled Onion on Sourdough Toast with Poached Egg)三文鱼应该用红菜头自家腌过,睇落颜色红得好靓,食落都带少少红菜头味。感觉冇平时食𠮶啲咁咸。🐣只蛋稍为熟咗啲,不过切开都有流汁,可以接受。酸种面包有咬口又唔会过硬,加上香草、洋葱同酱汁,味道都唔错👍🏻。食呢啲味道都系差唔多,最紧要都系个卖相够赏心悦目🥰。📍Crème Brulee French Toast ($108)(Caramel

两片厚多士吸满蛋浆🐣,外面煎到微焦脆身,而中间就嫰滑到好似布甸一样🍮,食落蛋香味浓又唔油腻, 味道都几有惊喜😋。旁边再配上焦糖脆面嘅香蕉🍌、Mascarpone芝士、新鲜士多啤梨同微酸嘅士多啤梨干🍓。最后淋上糖浆🍯同糖粉,好食得嚟唔会过甜,够晒邪恶呀😈

(Grilled Kings Prawns, Fennel, Fried Garlic, Oliver Oil, Parmesan & Mexican Chili
虽然呢个意粉冇另一款意粉咁多人食,不过反而草根姐姐就更钟意呢一款[色]。墨鱼汁意粉写得好有咬口,炒过之后又香又爽口,意粉表面再加上香草🌿同炸蒜🧄,非常惹味。配料嘅大虾鲜味又弹牙🦐,虽然话加咗辣椒,不过食落一啲都唔辣,唯一就系份量少左啲啫。
