今日食呢间自助餐，买二送二，食物种类中上。2. 龙虾系主打，8点前每7分钟出一次，8点后每11分钟出一次。留意龙虾位的倒数计时器就得，每次取半边，想再取多半边要重新排。今日是星期三，条队唔长，有幸食到几只。8点前每次煮约8只。8点后每次煮约4只。3. 其他熟食冇点食，种类唔多，鲍鱼每人只有一件。4. 海鲜／刺身都新鲜，蟹脚较细，但唔会死咸。5. 上一次食过呢间系午市自助餐，当时有榴梿味甜品，感觉甜品很好。今日甜品水准麻麻，拿破仑蛋糕饼皮是淋的、芝士蛋糕溶溶地。6. 职员收碟快。临完结想再饮多碗汤，厨师即刻5分钟再煮俾我，觉得服务真系唔错。尖沙咀凯悦酒店自助餐 The food selection at this buffet was above average.2. 2. The highlight is the lobster, with servings every 7 minutes before 8 PM and every 11 minutes after. Keep an eye on the countdown timer at the lobster station - each time you take a half portion. If you need one more, you need to get back in line to take another half. Luckily, I was able to have 5 lobster tails today, as it was a Wednesday and the line wasn't too long. Before 8 PM, they cook 8 lobsters per batch, serving 16 people. After 8 PM, they cook 4 lobsters per batch, serving 8 people.
3. The other cooked dishes were unremarkable, with a limited selection. Each person was only allotted one piece of abalone.
4. The seafood and sashimi were fresh, with crab legs that were on the smaller side but not overly salty.
5. I had been to their lunchtime buffet before, which had delicious durian-flavored desserts. The dessert selection today was mediocre, with the Napoleon cake having a soaked crust and the cheesecake being too soft.
6. The staff were efficient in clearing plates. When I wanted to have another bowl of soup towards the end, the chef quickly prepared it for me within 5 minutes, which I thought was excellent service.
