今次要介绍嘅系位于铜锣湾利舞台嘅岩盐日本料理，主打日本传统釜饭及海鲜矶烧。餐厅面积颇大，但我哋平日去都几多客人，而且环境舒适，私隐度高。Rock Salt Japanese Restaurant is located at Causeway Bay, specializes in traditional Kamameshi Set. Oysters are served together with sea urchin and salmon roe. Oysters are fresh and won't be too salty in flavour. It matches well with sea urchin and salmon roe, which would not cover their taste. You can enjoy it with 98hkd after consuming other marked price dishes, which definitely worth your money.

食材新鲜而且鱼生样式多，有三文鱼子、海胆、帆立贝、吞拿鱼、油甘鱼等，鱼生同饭嘅比例几合适，饭唔会落太多饭醋令到抢过鱼生嘅鲜甜，整体上都系值得推荐嘅一道菜。
Sashimi is fresh with a wide range of variety, including salmon roe, sea urchin, scallop, tuna and hamachi. The ratio between rice and sashimi is set perfectly. Also, vinegar is added with an adequate amount that won't cover the taste of sashimi. We highly recommend you to order this sashimi rice bowl.

烧鹅肝牛小排釜饭定食 (Fried Foie Gras & Beef Tenderloin Kamameshi Set) $168
依款系三款之中较为失望嘅一道菜，鹅肝放到釜饭中唔系好合适，因为水汽令到油香大减。另外，牛小排质感好硬，肉味好淡，只靠酱汁提味。话虽依间餐厅主打釜饭定食，但我哋认为鱼生饭嘅水准比较出色。
This is the most disappointing dish among the three. Foie gras does not match well with the kamameshi rice, as the water vapour reduces the greasiness of fore gras. Also, the tenderloin is too tough and mild in flavour. The only flavour we could taste is the sauce. Although Kamameshi set is one of the highlights of this restaurant, we both agree that sashimi rice bowls are performing better.
