呢间去旺角楼上舖嘅「隐世私房菜」真系不得了!地方唔算好大,但系都可以book房。提早几日预订啲海鲜的话会更加新鲜,仲可以特别要求多啲花款。
印象最深刻一定系油浸笋壳鱼,表皮煎至金黄色,外脆内软,入面鱼肉新鲜嫩滑。其次就系,蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝,蒜蓉味系完全渗透落大大粒嘅扇贝,鲜味好突出。之后就系片皮鹅两味,油脂分布好平均,鹅皮色泽赤红带光泽,松脆甘香,油脂平均唔腻,皮肉饱满,每啖都充满肉汁香。酸菜煮海斑片好开胃,好快就清哂。花虾嘅虾肉厚实,加埋佢哋嘅招牌辣椒豉油好满足。粉丝节瓜蚬煲值得一提系汤饮落冇味精,送饭一流。
