配料不会像一般韩式腌菜般咸，比较清淡，算是健康版韩式拌饭。
The ingredient is not salty as those in traditional Bibimbap. It is a healthy version of Bibimbap.

Steamed Vegetarian Meatball with Coriander
这个小食配有喼汁，视觉、味道和质感都好像茶楼的山竹牛肉。
The vegetarian meatball goes well with Worcestershire Sauce.
Looks and tastes like meatball dim sum served in traditional Cantonese teahouse with similar texture.

这个小食是热上, 有烟熏味, 好吃。
The roll is served hot with significant smoky flavour. Very nice.

杏鲍菇紫豆卷串 配 秘制沙嗲酱
King Oyster Mushroom, Seaweed and Beancurd Skin Roll Skewer with Homemade Satay Sauce
这个是炸物, 十分脆身, 与秘制沙嗲酱配搭得好, 酱外观似芥末酱, 没有辣味, 味不似沙嗲, 带点黄姜味。
The skewer is deep fried. Very crunchy! It goes well with the homemade sauce. The sauce looks like mustard without spicy flavour, taste doesn’t like satay, but with a subtle hint of turmeric.

养生炖汤Healthy Double-boiled Soup有猴头菇黄耳腰果等材料, 材料十足味道浓郁的炖汤。
The soup tastes rich with ingredients of Lion's Mane mushroom, yellow fungus and cashew nut.
