-当初担心太大portion食唔晒,不过问真d先知喺连骨先有36oz
-最后拣来平少少的server's choice grading
-要求唔好煮多过medium
-未上个牛之前,侍应会拎出1盘唔同类形嘅刀比你拣...........既细心又专业
-厚切,肉色粉嫩,脂肪膏都不少
-伴以2个sauce,我追问下先知1个喺pepper汁,1个唔记得喺唛...........微微"杰"身
-肉质粉嫩,唔干,都juicy,唯独牛味不重,亦有少少筋
-不过骨位嘅肉烧得香口,又唔会干到变柴..........反而比大大件嘅牛扒有卖点
-坦白讲,都成$1,000 1块牛扒,质素可以好d............好似1/2年前去soho嘅on lot xx...........个法国牛..........价$$$$相若.........但就gd好多
-事后望番食友们嘅建议..........都喺话比多$100多元食prime grading因为肉味会浓好多..........真喺失败,叫错咗~~~不过我又谂,如果差$100多元会差咁远............咁呢个server's choice grading嘅卖点/定位又喺咩呀?_?
*喺落order嘅过程............我觉得侍应嘅service令我好有食紧茶餐厅feel.........初时我话36oz太多..........佢反建议食个full dinner set........个牛会细份d...........不过我见个full dinner set都唔少嘢...........所以话我唔食set.........佢即时dead air..........佢唔似谂紧点回答你好..........因佢见后面枱要assistance.........即刻好快咁讲 "你睇吓先啦" (幸好语气唔喺屈𠮶只)...........就1支箭咁走咗去后面枱..........连友人(唔喺烦友.....我先喺)都觉得好似有被掉下嘅感觉........你自己谂掂佢啦
*之后我clarify多句是否36oz喺连骨计.........所以最后就决定1试呢个signature..........我张喺正方形枱仔........佢企喺我对家位置同我落单........但多次听唔清楚我讲咩 (佢嘅表情会好清楚讲比你知)...........佢只喺将身体向前倾/狂倾........而唔喺正路咁行去我旁边.............其实我身边有足够位置比佢企.............我就唯有大声少少讲多次..........因餐厅喺咁好情调嘅环境..........我唔想滋扰到旁边嘅食客............点解作为食客,我仲concern过佢会否影响到其他客人呢?..............费解!!!!!
*之后2个sauce...........又无介绍清楚...........我问佢喺咩sauce..........佢即时识答............所以佢唔喺唔识.........只喺唔觉得有责任对客人交待多句
*所以我觉得部份侍应唔够heart..........要食客反主动问番你转头d菜色嘅基本细节.........细微地方尽显服务magnitude不足...........亦唔够skillful去处理有要求嘅客人........你唔喺卖紧几$10/餐............客人有要求亦好正路啫
*餐厅decoration同情调不错.......档次不差........可惜d服务质素未到位............似喺去咗环境靓咗,侍应仪表光鲜咗嘅茶记
*服务呢栏唔合格..........餐厅唔好展望升格...........唔降班都偷笑
-chantilly cream, new season aust. strawberries
-呢个我见食友赞过,所以就叫来呢款甜品作结
-个士多啤梨片薄切,照直径睇,粒士多啤梨好大吓,自然微酸
-连埋士多啤梨汁,又唔喺好甜
-个pavolva又唔喺好甜㖞,又够松,入口溶化
-的确不错.......我1个人食晒佢都得呀~~~~
-有bon bon, brownie同cookie
-味道都ok,以petit fours嚟讲,已很不错了
题外话/补充资料:
* 同友人倾得开心...........不过餐厅就比咗个不多爽嘅fri我~~~
