食神黯然销魂饭 ($88)黯然销魂饭嘅叉烧唔系一般嘅梅头肉 而系用到五花腩去烧 因此肥膏比较多 但系同时肉质亦都比较嫩面头搽咗好多麦芽糖 甚至会有啲黏牙 但系我几钟意呢个加甜版本嘅叉烧 而且好多块好抵食但系唔知点解我只煎蛋嘅蛋黄特别细 搞到唔系好够蛋汁捞饭食The classic char siu and fried egg combo is reinterpreted with a pork belly char siu instead of the usual collar-butt cut.
