梳乎厘班戟即叫即制，虽然要等10分钟以上，但保证每一块都系新鲜热辣辣。味道方面，蛋味香浓，而且云呢拿酱甜而不腻。而双层嘅梳乎厘班戟厚度十足，若质感更松软则更佳。满溢嘅珍珠好吸引眼球，但质感不够烟韧。整体而言，味道、外观、价钱都具竞争力，若能改善质感问题则能更上一层楼。
All souffle pancakes are cooked after you have made an order. Although it takes more than 10 minutes of waiting time, freshly made pancakes worth it. The taste of eggs is fragrant, with vanilla sauce giving an adequate sweetness to the pancake. The double-layered souffle pancakes are thick, with numerous amount of pearls. Overall, it is attractive in taste, appearance and price. The dessert can be further improved if the pancake is more fluffy and the pearl is chewier.
