这杯Cocktail颜色十分柔和，但喝下去的酒味原来比较浓，虽说是用了小红莓汁，但因为用了蜜糖去中和，所以完全不会觉得酸，可惜的是每款材料的味道都不太突出

梳乎厘的口感做得恰到好处，不会很快塌下来，又不会太过黏口，入口有香浓的蛋白及云呢拿味，配以草莓汁一同吃的话会有开胃的感觉，而厨师用小铁板盛载着梳乎厘，可以有保温的效果，值得一赞
