A very authentic Chiu Chow restaurant, and it also looked like it has been around for a good number of years. The classic 🦪方鱼肉碎蚝仔粥Congee with minced pork, dried flounder and oysters was delicious 🤤 with plenty of fresh plump oysters 🦪 though the minced pork used was on the fatty side.Another delicious yet very traditional dish we had was their 🦆芋泥香酥鸭 Crispy duck with toro purée! Loved the flaky crispy layer, and the smooth taro paste sandwiched within along with the gamey flavour of the duck! V

Another delicious yet very traditional dish we had was their 🦆芋泥香酥鸭 Crispy duck with toro purée! Loved the flaky crispy layer, and the smooth taro paste sandwiched within along with the gamey flavour of the duck! Very well-executed!👍🏻

And of course, we had to other a side of 卤水鹅片Spiced goose Chiu chow style! We ordered only a half portion as we already had way too much food. Great flavour and quality though they sliced it from the wrong angle, which made the meat a tad tougher than it otherwise would be😭

Overall, although food was great, personally, I am not too keen to revisit considering the service (which was no service at all), how battered and worn the interior of the restaurant was (eg the seats, the tablecloth etc) and the poor public health awareness (esp during Covid times). Food was also quite pricey given the environment of the restaurant.
