为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

In November, I went to this all-you-can-eat hairy crab restaurant in Wan Chai. The service attitude of the staff was lax, and no one served us after waiting for a long time. Hairy crabs have only females, no males. Fortunately, it was a weekday, so each person could still eat 3 slices of Peking duck. A lot of the free food on the menu is gone: birthday buns, for example. Sweet potato ginger water, if you eat it until the end, there will basically be nothing left。蟹粉豆苗都几好食 ， 仲有炸鸡翼 都好吃
