one choice of cakes left only, so, NO.「流沙包」是chinese restaurant的famous点心,但是流沙包那种馅料的质感very oily,很受欢迎的点心but eating lots of solid lipids into the body。this bread i bought this time外表跟平常吃的包类没有多大分别,只是一口咬下去后,里面流质状的vanilla caramel馅料会涌出来。为了要做到流质的效果,馅料加入猪油to make it有流沙的效果。有很香浓的custard味,也会放一颗颗banana cubes做馅以增加香味,流沙效果浓稠腻喉的感觉。流沙包使用牛油代替猪油流质的效果,但牛油没有猪油的香味,所以waitress把bread用焗炉reheat后then gave me,咬下去香味四溢。很多人都喜爱吃cakes from this bakery,不过i love their breads more喔!
