之前bookmark咗依间位于K11 Musea嘅日法餐厅,终于都过嚟试到餐厅装修好fancy,至于最正当然就系佢个景,可以饱览成个维港嘅海景book位嘅时候可以request坐window seat ,而且佢仲有outdoor area/ balcony,可以坐喺出面饮杯嘢吹吓海风同chill吓!今次过嚟试咗佢个seasonal fine dine menu: Amuse Bouche - New Onion同池鱼,个冻洋葱汤几好饮,本身唔系几钟意洋葱,但系日本洋葱真系世一,特别甜杯底放咗少少海胆,面层就有啲洋葱脆片,捞埋一齐饮有口感而且清甜,至于池鱼挞配上少少嘅牛油果同青瓜,食落都几RefreshingStarter - Squid, White Asparagus, Yuzu 日本鱿鱼几新鲜,配上白芦笋、鱼子酱同柚子,都refreshing2nd Starter - Foie Gras, Miso, Coconut 呢个组合好小有,煎鹅肝配上面豉酱同椰子foam,都几得意同出奇地夹,不过个鹅肝可以煎得脆身少少3rd Course - Scallop, Field Mustard,

3rd Course - Scallop, Field Mustard, Ice fish 带子好大粒,加埋小银鱼同油菜花造成嘅菜汁一齐食唔错
Main Course - Pigeon 同 A4 Wagyu 个人觉得A4 Wagyu比较优秀,食落油脂丰富而且牛味重,至于乳鸽肉质都粉嫩同嫩滑,不过始终乳鸽系一样好难烹调嘅菜式,可以讲佢系中上但未去到最好食
First dessert - Melon, Mint, Rasberry 呢几款材料加埋一齐食落好清新,melon好爽甜,同都当清一清个味蕾
Main dessert - Lemon, Yomogi, Korean sesame leaves 蛋白饼衬咗柠檬味道中和得几好,而紫苏叶雪糕味道就几特别,都ok!
到最尾仲有Petit four同饮埋杯咖啡,而且整体职员服务态度好好,满足😋
