呢间由 May Chow 开嘅 Happy Paradise 相信大家都唔会陌生，主打现代港式fusion菜，玩味十足。Sourdough Egg Waffle 以sourdough 代替传统鸡蛋仔蛋浆，配上乌鱼子酱，系一道香口嘅餐前小食。Raw Scallop Aguachile 鲜甜嘅带子刺身配上四川青花椒汁，鲜酸辣味十分开胃。Seared Skirt Steak Noodles 系变奏版嘅干炒牛河，加入咸柠檬令到味道更有层次，不过个人都系钟意传统干炒牛河嘅镬气多啲。Tiger Prawn Noodles 用上煮意粉去整粗面，加入咗大虾油同虾子，非常鲜，不过二百几蚊一碟捞粗就有啲overpriced啦。总括嚟讲，野食有玩味得嚟，味道真心唔错，不过份量有啲太少，同定价真系太进取啦！Happy Paradise has been a very popular Cantonese fusion restaurant in Central for years - imbuing iconic Hong Kong classic dishes with some interesting
Happy Paradise has been a very popular Cantonese fusion restaurant in Central for years - imbuing iconic Hong Kong classic dishes with some interesting twists. Sourdough Egg Waffle with bottarga whip was a nice hors d'oeuvres. The Raw Scallop "Aguchile" was very refreshing with a hint of sourness and heat from the green szechuan peppercorn dressing. The Seared Skirt Steak Noodles took on the classic beef chow fun (but lack of wok hei unfortunately). Overall, the food was yummy but the portion could be more generous... And it was a bit overpriced!
