I absolutely adore the pork rib dan dan noodles 🍜! The soup base is incredibly flavorful and rich, and the sauce is packed with crunchy fried garlic, nutty peanut sauce, and savory minced meat. The noodles are generously portioned, making every slurp a delight. The pork ribs are fried to a perfect golden-brown crispiness, adding a satisfying crunch to every bite.
But that's not all! The fresh meat xiao long bao 🥟 are equally divine, with a delicate, moderately thin skin that encases a generous amount of soup and tender meat. You simply must try them dipped in vinegar for an extra tangy kick.
And let's not forget the Shanghai-style stir fry egg white 🐣🐣 - it's a true showstopper! The seasoning is already spot-on, but when you mix the egg whites with the fresh egg yolk, it creates an incredibly smooth and luscious texture that will leave you wanting more.
To cap off our meal, we ordered the Shanghai-style braised duck, which was an absolute delight. The sauce was perfectly sweet and flavorful, and the meat was incredibly tender and juicy. It's a must-try dish for any foodie out there!
