系酷热天气警告下嘅星期日,食brunch当然系最好不过嘅节目。今日,我同一班朋友去左中环嘅Cupping Room,估唔到1130am黎到,都要等到12pm先有得食,呢间餐厅嘅人气确实几高。我地点左Full Brekky、Avocado on Toast with Poached Egg同埋Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon。Full Brekky:以$118呢个价钱,食物总类还可以:有面包、烟肉、肠仔、蕃茄仔同蛋。片面包炸过,所以好油;烟肉、肠仔亦好油;太阳蛋煎得几好,唔会太生或太熟,蛋黄仲系流心。Avocado on Toast with Poached Egg:牛油果份量多,已成熟;但Poached Egg较细只。同样,面包炸过,好油。Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon:佢并非经典嘅Egg Benedict,以English Muffin做底,而系用炸过嘅面包,虽然几配合,但我都系觉得太油。Hollandaise sauce嘅蛋黄味几浓郁,唔错。加上西柚同橙作点缀,几新鲜👍🏻

Avocado on Toast with Poached Egg:牛油果份量多,已成熟;但Poached Egg较细只。同样,面包炸过,好油。

Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon:佢并非经典嘅Egg Benedict,以English Muffin做底,而系用炸过嘅面包,虽然几配合,但我都系觉得太油。Hollandaise sauce嘅蛋黄味几浓郁,唔错。加上西柚同橙作点缀,几新鲜👍🏻
