猪腩经 48 小时慢煮,配上面包屑同藜麦,形成出外脆内软,强烈对比嘅质感。同时,伴上白酒苹果汁,带出甜中带酸嘅味道,同猪腩嘅味道好衬,值得一试。
The pork belly is slow-cooked with 48 hours, topped with breadcrumb and quinoa, that gives a contrasting crispy surface and a soft inner part. It is served with white-wine mulled apple puree, that escalates the sweetness and sourness, and matches well with the taste of the pork belly.

云呢拿白松露雪糕配上白松露打成嘅幕斯,最后撒上干士多啤梨碎。白松露嘅味道极为突出,幕斯嘅空气感十足,而且用上云呢拿,唔会盖过白松露嘅味道。干士多啤梨碎为雪糕带少量酸味,增添层次感。整体而言,依到嘅菜式令人感觉各具特色,会为人带来惊喜,好值得一试。
Vanilla white truffle gelato is served together with white truffle mousse, topped with freeze-dried strawberries. The flavour of white truffle is extremely outstanding, while the mousse is airy and fluffy. The taste from vanilla would not cover the taste of white truffle. With the add of freeze-dried strawberries, it brings a small amount of sourness that enhances the layering. Overall, the whole meal brings us dishes with surprising characteristics. It definitely deserves your money.
