今晚去咗湾仔一间好特别/中西式fusion菜的餐厅。我觉得餐厨师有详细谂过食物选择和餐单,好多都系自创,是好独特的菜式。今日我哋食咗:-咸蛋黄酱凯撒沙律咸蛋黄为沙律,带来浓郁的风味,与脆口的生菜相结合,增添了层次感。咸蛋黄的咸香与传统凯撒酱的酸味形成绝妙的平衡-千层脆窝夫油封鸭脾油封鸭脾,肉质鲜嫩,非常Juicy。搭配脆窝夫,口感丰富。肉质比较腍,一啲都唔韧,整得好好食。配菜有蒜头🧄,超级夹。仲有鲜红色的酸酱,令到个碟食彩更加缤纷。-冬荫功大虾意粉这道意粉以冬荫功的经典风味为基底,搭配大虾,带来一种酸辣。意粉的弹性和冬阴功汤嘅味道,不是太辣,特别好味。最紧要就系呢一间舖头嘅侍应真系非常之有礼貌。我觉得有warm的感觉Tonight, I went to a very special restaurant in Wan Chai that serves fusion cuisine blending Chinese and Western styles. Tom Yum Prawn Pasta
This pasta features the classic flavors of Tom Yum, paired with large shrimp for a tangy and spicy kick. The pasta’s elasticity combined with the Tom Yum broth is not overly spicy, making it particularly delicious.
Most importantly, the waiter is very polite.He explained very well for the food menu.Giving us the information about what we are going to eat.He also creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
