Crispy but not oily outer layer. 🤩 However, the duck puff doesn’t surprise me since I couldn’t taste much of it. 😔·😋#葱油

食亲都好贵但仍吸引我！最紧要海蜇头新鲜爽口，调味嘅葱油麻油亦要够味！呢度果然做到！不错不错！但呢个价钱就稍微贵咗少少！😅
Jellyfish is one of the signature Shanghai dishes. 😚The sauce with spring onion oil and sesame oil is seasoned well but the price is a bit too high though. 🤭

以前👩🏻饿妹子明明唔食杏仁茶，但年纪越大，逐渐爱上❤️！🤦🏻♀️可能滋阴！蛋白份量够，但质地略稀，翠亨村好味d！😜(呢个真系鸡蛋挑骨头，因为已经算好好味)
The sweetened almond cream could be thicker but it’s already No.2🥈on my list right after Tsui Hang Village.

💁🏻♀️Friendly reminder: Do consider if you are coming in a big group 👨👩👧👦👫👧🏻👦🏻👶🏻since there are only one table for 12 and one long table for 24 in their VIP room.
