朋友向我高度推荐喺艺术馆入面嘅Fine Dining 餐厅,特别系依个{Sea view celebration menu}🙆🏼♀️等我今日都去试吓究竟有咩咁厉害先💃🏻💁🏼♀️Courgette | roasted with feta crumble, olive fondue, vadouvan & dukkha (v)意大利青瓜一般都比较清淡,所以餐厅用上feta芝士同咖哩嚟吊起青瓜嘅味道,味道有层次又有新意🤟🏼💁🏼♀️Trout | cured in citrus salt, horseradish crème fraiche, pickled cucumber鳟鱼用橘盐腌,增加咗一份咸咸酸酸嘅鲜味🌊另外面头有少少似wasabi嘅酱,所以成份前菜咸酸辣味俱全,味蕾充分打开👅💁🏼♀️Wagyu Sirloin | braised savoy cabbage, smoked potatoes , black garlic jus & truffle西冷牛扒就咁睇已经好想食,你睇佢嘅肉系红宝石色,就知一定好软淋🫶🏻💁🏼♀️Triple Chocolate Cake | puff pas
