四月廿八日系好兄弟大哥哥Edwin chung 嘅生日....一行人去咗柴湾明报工业大厦食咗餐私房晏(我成两个礼拜前已经booked定)...好开心,因为私房菜嘅关系,所以只有两款set lunch,大家睇吓个meun啦......咁我同Phoebe就ordered晒两款...好honey咁shear...嘻嘻!!1. 头盘 (a) Pork Knuckle Terrlne & Tomato Veloute 个猪手冻都好正(b) Sachimi of Scallop, Angel Prawn, Slow-cook Samon with sea whelk 啲鱼生好新鲜.. 2.Main Dish (a.1) Panfried Barbmundi Fillet 个鱼我冇食过,因为系Edwin同Kenneth 呢对"情人"叫 (是日呢两个男人好温馨咁shared...)(a.2) Roasted French Spring Chicken 可能只春鸡系法国藉嘅关系..有啲嚡...(b) Braised U. (a.2) Roasted French Spring Chicken 可能只春鸡系法国藉嘅关系..有啲嚡...
(b) Braised U. S. Short Rib & Baked King Prawn牛就不过不失,但系个虾就好正,佢包住虾𠮶层有好浓嘅虾膏味,真系好香滑..!!!
3. Soup Tuffle Veloutr 黑松露汤...好好好根浓好浓...
4. Dessert 呢个系专为寿星公而设嘅特别版....劲嘛....
