当我以为三小渔是以川菜为主的时候, 却见到其午餐菜式包罗万有, 除了水煮系列和酸菜鱼外, 也有传统港式的咕噜肉和椒盐猪扒, 但最吸引到我的, 是其剁椒蒸海斑, 还有原盘猪油捞饭, 如此湘式和港式的Crossover, 我倒是没有试过.先说其猪油捞饭, 猪油和豉油在上枱已预备好, 调配份量OK, 猪油够香而豉油咸香度柔和, 饭身偏硬, 加上猪油口感刚好. 剁椒有红和青椒, 不太辣也不太麻, 外表看起来很刺激, 但内在其实偏向温柔. 海斑皮肉相连, 鱼肉口感实在, 鱼皮爽弹, 略嫌豉汁味道偏重, 和猪油捞饭的味道互抢起来, 有点可惜.Three Minnows looks like a Sichuan restaurant but she offers different kinds of Chinese cuisine, for example the Hunan spicy chili steamed dishes and Cantonese pot rice with pork oil. Three Minnows looks like a Sichuan restaurant but she offers different kinds of Chinese cuisine, for example the Hunan spicy chili steamed dishes and Cantonese pot rice with pork oil. The taste of rice is hard and it is just right when mixed with tasteful pork oil. The chili is tasteful as well but not that spicy. If the salty taste can be reduced for the steamed fish it will be perfect.
