I feel sorry when I see that the restaurant got their 1st 劣评For me, it's the best hotpot restaurant I've ever had.I like this restaurant also because it's one of the very few restaurants in HK which can keep their standard so well. My favourite dishes include:- 花胶鸡 (汤底) > 好浓，真材实料。每次我哋都会饮咗头淡汤先至开始打边炉，餐厅会加返鸡汤补充，所以唔会越食越淡。番茄蟹 (汤底) > 好浓好鲜味，啲番茄真系煮到融化。牛颈脊 > 好重好重牛味，软硬度适中。虾丸 墨丸 > 超新鲜同弹牙象拔蚌 > 好鲜甜，每次质数都好好。& the last but not the least: 生炒糯米饭 (it's the best of the best in town!!!!)
