神豚 (已易手) 新餐厅

Went there for lunch as I passed by. Ordered their signature pork ramen with salt. Japanese shopkeeper was courteous. But it took a very long time (~15 mins) for the ramen to be served. Portion was small and soup base was overly salty. Noodles were a bit too hard (did not request hard noodles at all). 105hkd for one bowl only. Overpriced and overrated.
