纯素嘅曲奇有啲似美式曲奇，拥有烟靭松软嘅独特口感🍪 佢地为左保持最佳口感，全部嘅烘培食品都系即日制作😎 因为无牛油所以需要海盐嘅微咸去平衡甜味，而且仲可以将朱古力嘅味道引出🍫
Vegan cookies have textures similar to American soft cookies. They are baked freshly everyday to ensure they stay chewy and gooey. The salt flakes adds an extra zing of flavour and balances out the sweetness, and further brings out the aroma of chocolate bits.

Matcha Tart
由酥脆嘅饼底、中间嘅抹茶馅到上面嘅忌廉都系纯素架🤩 除左食到杏仁粉嘅香味添之外，更特出嘅一定系用左小山园抹茶粉嘅馅料，味道浓郁唔苦涩，仲带有微微回甘🍵 挞面唧左啲素忌廉痛焙煎香气浓郁嘅黄豆粉去点缀，增加湿润绵密嘅口感😙
Everything about this is vegan, from the base, the tart filling to the cream on top. You could get a slight waft of almond flour from the tart batter, but the aroma of Koyamaen Matcha powder definitely stood out. It was very pronounced, but not too bitter. A few dollops of cream and soy powder was added on top to give it some extra creaminess.

佢地采用嘅咖啡豆嘅果仁味偏重，味道微甘而唔会太酸，有甘醇浓郁嘅咖啡香☕️
The bean they use have a more nutty flavour, with a slight bitter tone. There wasn’t much sourness which is very much to my liking.
