There are many trendy noodle stalls in Yau Tsim Mong. Whether it's fish ball noodles, beef brisket noodles, or beef offal noodles, they are easy to find. However, to impress me, there are two aspects. First, the beef brisket here is exceptionally tender and flavorful, making it stand out in this area. The other aspect is that it's affordable and a blessing for the poor. Chiu Shing Garden is an example of the latter. You can get a serving of trendy noodles for around thirty Hong Kong dollars, and a combination of two types of noodles costs around forty dollars. It's a satisfying and piping hot bowl of noodles, and you really can't ask for much more. I ordered the beef brisket and beef offal hor fun noodles, and both had generous portions of ingredients. The offal didn't have any unpleasant odor, the beef brisket was a bit chewy, the hor fun noodles were not mushy, and the broth was not overly salty. Overall, it was worth the price, and it's a great option for those on a tight budget.
