Bought this at night, so might explaincake is a bit dry on the surface Inside is still moist is pillowyand very very strong flavour of egg HmmmmI cannot tell any difference from the original cake thoughI should come here earlier since I saw that they had a wide range of special breads ( tofu bread) and cakes for sale
