Was planning to yum Cha with family happily, but it was super disappointment with their service and how the poor restaurant management.
We reserved the spot for more than 3 months. By the time e we got there, we still need to wait for 40 mins and they let the walk-in enter first. So my question is, what’s the point of reservation. Then, the restaurant open at 10 am, and by 1pm they already sold all the signature dim sum. Feel like a scam walking into this restaurant. I wonder if they deserve the 1 star Michelin.
