为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Takeaway lunch in the office. Felt like a bowl of simple noodles so ordered the 油雞髀米粉. Plus a coffee. Called in advance to order. By the time I arrived, it was ready. I liked to soak my chicken in the soup to make it warmer again. Chicken was good- tender even after soaking in the soup. The 米粉 was actually one of the best I’ve tried. Texture was just right- not too hard or soft. Tasted well with the soup. Soup was good- I wasn’t thirsty afterwards. Coffee was a disappointment though. Some bran

Texture was just right- not too hard or soft. Tasted well with the soup. Soup was good- I wasn’t thirsty afterwards. Coffee was a disappointment though. Some branches of Tai Hing had proper coffee machines but this one was definitely powdered coffee. In summary, will def order the 米粉 again.
