😍今次介绍嘅系米芝莲一星嘅新加坡fine dining ~ 首先就系预约,佢地有online website比你去拣time slot, 仲十分仔细问有冇任何food restrictions, 细心得黎都好方便。服务方面都非常唔错,每一道菜都好仔细同你解释。食物方面真系好特别,每一道菜都有惊喜!🥰首先系佢个鸡肝,好幼滑,个挞皮好脆,再加上少少细粒嘅鱿鱼,形成一个好得意嘅配搭。Hamachi都好出色!唔单止卖相好靓好鲜艳,味道酸酸地再加埋caviar,都几开胃。其次系肉骨茶pork ribs真系好入味,好重嘅肉骨茶香~再黎系个干捞laksa手工面,味道好香,个面好弹口,仲系home made架!至于佢个Brioche, 外脆内软,再加埋少少甜甜地又有少少nuts嘅味,我自己真系好中意食~值得一提嘅系个red velvet cake, 系流心蛋糕黎嘅(食个阵要小心热),个cream超香,而且仲唔会太甜!如果唔系怕肥其实有少少想encore个蛋糕🤤 总括黎讲都系十分唔错嘅tasting experience, 对于本身细食嘅黎讲我系岩岩好!🫠价钱方面,我就觉得有少少贵,海胆同个肉骨茶都要额
