— 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜系列 —Can’t forget the variety of traditional Thai dishes I had in BKK and this time I ordered something diff, ofcos I reordered some dishes I liked.My favourite was still 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙞 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙙 + 𝙥𝙖𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙚𝙬 (泰式和牛炒粿条） + sticky rice!!! The classic Thai stir-fried noodle dish was executed flawlessly with savory soy based sauce, very comforting. New dish I tried: 𝙎𝙩𝙞𝙧 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 and 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙪𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚. It’s not easy to cook watercress to the right texture with the vibrant green colour. Lo

𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧: Mango sticky rice, still the best one I’ve tried this year. Ripe and fragrant mango + hot chewy sticky rice with proper balance of sweetness 💯
