「香菇素素」 第一次吃这样的素食， 就像车仔面一般，可选择自己喜爱的食材。「香菇素素」是全素的配搭，有豆腐， 海带，素肉松，牛油果，等。 可惜的是海带未完全吸满水，还是硬硬的， 牛油果也未熟，有点硬。 但整体配撘是清新，市场上比较少见的，给素食者多一个选择。Poke Bowl - “The Vegan” The vegan bowel is full of seaweed, bean curd and dried mushroom crushes. The bean crud is smooth and full of soya flavour. However, the seaweed is not fully soaked, it is a bit hard to chew. The avocado is not fully ripened and not ready to serve. This is a new style vegan dish which provides one more choice for those vegetarians.
