翠华餐厅一向都是以高档次，高品质的连锁茶餐厅而闻名。今次它便因应成立50周年，推出多款50周年50元特别食品。有烧春鸡，白汁海鲜饭等等。我便尝试了白汁鸡皇饭。虽然份量略嫌不足，但味道，质素不错。Tsui Wah restaurant Group is renowned for its high quality service. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, it has launched many 50 special food products. I ordered a spaghetti with Chicken in white sauce (Béchamel sauce). Although the size is quite small, it tastes good.
